1. Shipping Locations

  • We currently ship to the United States only.

  • Orders outside the US will not be processed.


2. Order Processing

  • Orders are usually processed within 1–3 business days.

  • Processing times may increase during high-demand periods or holidays.

  • You will receive a confirmation email once your order has shipped.


3. Shipping Methods & Estimated Delivery

  • We use standard carriers (USPS, UPS, FedEx) depending on your location.

  • Estimated delivery times (after processing) are:

4. Shipping Costs

  • Shipping fees are calculated at checkout and depend on order size and destination.

  • Shipping costs are non-refundable, unless an item was defective or incorrect.


5. Tracking

  • A tracking number will be provided via email once your order ships.

  • Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking information to update.


6. Lost or Damaged Packages

  • Project Lostpoint is not responsible for lost or damaged packages once shipped.

  • We recommend using a trackable shipping service to ensure delivery.

  • If your item is damaged or incorrect, contact us immediately with photos so we can issue a replacement or refund.


7. Returns & Exchanges

  • Returns are handled according to our Refund Policy.

  • Exchange requests must follow the procedures outlined in the Refund Policy.
