We accept refund requests within 14 days of the delivery date for eligible items. To be eligible for a refund:

  • The item must be unused and in the same condition you received it.

  • The item must be in the original packaging (if applicable).

  • Proof of purchase (order number) must be provided.

2. Non-Refundable Items

Some items cannot be refunded, including:

  • Personalized or custom-made products

  • Sale items or limited drops marked as final sale

  • Gift cards or digital downloads

3. How to Request a Refund

  • Photos of the item (if damaged or incorrect)

  • Reason for the refund request

Once your request is approved:

  • Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the item was defective or incorrect.

5. Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, we will:

  • Provide a full refund or

  • Replace the item at no additional cost

Please report damaged items within 7 days of receipt with photos.

6. Shipping Returns

  • You are responsible for the cost of returning items unless the item was defective or incorrect.

  • We recommend using trackable shipping — Project Lostpoint is not responsible for lost returns.

7. Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received your refund within 10 business days, please:

  • Contact your credit card company (it may take time to post)
